Is anyone with some design skills willing to design a certificate to go with it?

I'll get the exact wording next week, but it'd be something like this I guess:
"Top I.T. Student 2009"

We could have "Sponsored by Canberra Linux User Group" somewhere and Tux.

The default background in Fedora might make a nice certificate..
