That sounds just like Crikey.  They are somewhat particular about being 
independent of the other media and tend to spend (too much) time poking 
fun at their major paper brethren.

Their website includes a bunch of stuff including wrap ups of other 
media.  The main product is actually their daily email, you should be 
able to read previous editions at http://www.crikey.com.au/dailymail/
