[clug] Suggestion for a good UML 2.0 drwaing tool

Hi Naveen,

I'm taking COMP2400 this semester which requires me to draw UML
diagrams. I've played around with Dia and it's very good. If you want,
you can try intaling Dia ('sudo apt-get install dia').
