[clug] Advise on Sound Card for Myth Box

G'Day List members

The now aging Sound Blaster Audigy card in my Mythbox has gone to 
computer heaven so before I go and buy a replacement I thought I would 
yet again consult the collective wisdom of the list to seek 
recommendations on known performers.

My needs are quite simple, the sound card simply drives a set of 5.1 
channel Logitech speakers.

Any and all comments will be gratefully received.
