[clug] how do I test have fast CPU?

The CPU info seems to be showing the scaled value, your CPU slows down when not in use to save power.

My  Intel(R) Core(TM)2 Duo CPU     T7500  @ 2.20GHz
is currently reading cpu MHz		: 800.000
