Most of mine are Seagates. I do however have a few WDC as well. I have been having a few issues with firmware revisions and the new Adaptec 5805 cards. Mostly 1TB drives and sn04 sn05 firmware versions. I have some of the WDC Green drives on the 5805, no problems.

Been a few years since I last brought an internal HDD.

Who making the a good quality HDD atm. Are Seagate still having QA issues.
