What do you use?

For a long time I have been wanting to put a lot of stuff that I like
to access a lot (my own howtos etc) on "the internet tubes" as opposed
to how it currently is:

ben:~$ ls -1 work/debian/howto*
work/debian/howto
work/debian/howto.apache
work/debian/howto.apt
work/debian/howto.ati
work/debian/howto.ati-festy-hardy
work/debian/howto.bootstrap
work/debian/howto.cfengine
...
work/debian/howto.pdf
work/debian/howto.PXE
work/debian/howto.sge
work/debian/howto.ssh
work/debian/howto.sshfs-fuse
work/debian/howto.ubuntu-sge
work/debian/howto.vbox-tun-cygwin

This also includes a bunch of code and the likes that I have written
as extensions to various Med Imaging packages. This is mainly so that
I no longer have to synchronize a bunch of stuff between a bunch of
machines so that I always have/can get to the latest version of what I
want! If others happen to want to look at it too then I wish them
luck. :)

So what I want:
  * Ability to post "blog style"
  * Want to also edit stuff in a more structured manner (howto's etc
ala a wiki).
  * Don't care +/- on comments.
  * "wiki style" markup would be nice
  * Ability to "backup" or keep an offsite copy might make me sleep
better at night. And then might not too.

I can either use something "our there" or attach something of a
host/domain that I currently control but something else "out there"
would be preferable if only as then I don't have to look after it! On
that note if it is a self hosted thing I tend to shy away from
database backed systems if only because I am a big fan of pmwiki. ie:
KISS.

For now I am sort of using a hotchpotch of blogger/googlepages/wiki's
etc but would like to draw it all together.
