[clug] OT: Congratulations Caroline...

I didn't realise that Caroline was a CLUGer. My congratulations, too. 
It'll be nice to have someone with some understanding of the issues in 
high places.

I hope Caroline has the opportunity to influence policy in a way that 
reduces our reliance on proprietary systems and standards and takes 
advantage of the huge pool of talent that we have in Canberra.
