Um... what about the child's privacy? Perhaps the reason they're  
looking up "contraception" on the Internet is because ... they are  
studying it in science class and the child is too embarassed to ask  
an adult, because the last kid they knew who asked an adult was  
grounded for a month and lectured endlessly about the dangers of boys?

What about the girls who have sex with their boyfriends but don't use  
contraception because the last time they asked a doctor for a  
prescription, their parents were told?

Medical privacy people!

Won't someone think of the children?
