No, but I'm sure it's nothing that an ssh proxy can't get past.

The ability to bypass it isn't really enough.  I have a filter at work 
which I can bypass when I need to however it's effort and I find that I 
frequently fall into line with the filter rather than work around it.

As an aside, my favorite work blocked site is http://www.wild-eyed.org/ 
(very safe for work).
