I've no trouble either - $60/month ADSL2/VOIP. However, I did recently
upgrade from Ubuntu 8.04 to 8.10 and the package download did take a while
but my link wasn't even close to maxing out. I don't think it was a
limitation of TPG but perhaps further upstream.
The following link provides good speed numbers for TPG only.
