Thanks for that Steve
OSIA (Open Source Industry Association) has a list of members (http://osia.gamma.agileware.net/members) and you can search by experience and skills. I found 5 listing Joomla, 7 for Drupal and 1 for Typo3.

OSIA (Open Source Industry Association) is the place to ask your
question about support. I'm not sure how you ask them this question...

<http://osia.net.au/contact> 'Contact Form'

I've copied Con Zymaris as his (Melbourne) company, Cybersource, is very
well connected or may offer such a service.
