There are a few racks[0] currently on DOLA. None of them fit your
needs exactly, but if you watch the site one might show up.

There is also one patch pannel[1] (with an odd interface on the back).
I've managed to pick up some 16 port cat5e Krone patch pannels from
DOLA before so, again, some might show up.

One thing to remember with DOLA is the 12.5% 'buyers premium' fee they
smack you with when you pay for your items. It's still possible to get
shuff for a reasonable price.
