Thanks for the suggestion, it's one of those things - they suggested to
pay by billpay and he didn't want to use his credit card over the net.
He'll certainly just use his credit card next time I'm sure!

In the mean while there's nothing the bank can do cause the money went
into the account it was supposed to.

And they actually don't list a phone number now.
