I've attended this course in the past, and I'd recommend it to anyone  
who has anything to do with PostgreSQL.  Even if you think you know  
it all already, you'll learn something new.  At the very least, you  
get to talk to other people who are actually interested in how you  
managed to shave another 5% off the execution time of that query  
that's used 5000 times a day...

Hope this doesn't sound too enthusiastic or AOL-me-too-ish :)
