[clug] Pop3 mail not working after dovecot update

Note I found a note on the Dovecot mailing site which details this issue 
of the default for IPV6 ports for dovecot V1.1.1
but it looks like the default maybe address by the fedora packagers.
note mine came from atrpms repo
