[clug] Syntax-highlighting source code editors

I use vim.

Haven't tested Delphi or Pascal, but it does the languages I uyse.  I'd be
suprised if it didn't support pascal.

Definitely does Perl and HTML.  Think it does tcl.  Not sure about lua - the
only thing I write in lua are WoW addons so I use Scite for that.
