Correct.  The $440 price includes import tax, GST and shipping.  Here's 
the breakdown from the last batch (presumably it'll be the same for this 
one):

Each phone (bulk price) $392.61
+ GST/import             $39.97
+ Courier + sundry        $7.42
--
Total                      $440

(In aussie dollars).
