[clug] Move PSIG? [SEC=UNCLASSIFIED]

How about the City Labor Club? They usually do well priced roast of the
day meals and most clubs have meeting rooms to support community groups.

The Dickson Tradies would be ideal, but I think a Civic venue would be
easier access.

An office or training venue would require a sympathetic business owner
willing to stay back after hours. I'd not like to put that impost on
someone if we can find a venue that'll be open anyway.

From my experiences with the PCUG Linux Lerner SIG and our Python SIG, I
could of two alternatives:

 - Selecting one of the Social Clubs in the City, or one around one of
the other bus HUBs could give us more decent food prices for a small
yearly membership fee.

 - When food is mot a prerequisite, an office/training room from a
Canberra business could be a possible option.
