We have the programming SIG that often struggles for numbers.  I suspect 
that the groups become less sustainable as they get more precise and 
appeal to less people.  Though I've never been along to the PySig to see 
how that goes.

I'd suggest coming up with a nice Ruby related talk topic and running a 
session at the programming sig.
