I've had http://www.dbcde.gov.au/digitaleconomyblog pointed out to me by a
"source" in DBCDE. From the website:

It appears to be in the form of engagement by blog postings and comments,
and runs for the next two weeks or so.

Given that our community tends to be an opinionated bunch, I figure you
all know what to do now :-)
