There was an article in yesterday's Australian about the bill and the
response of ISPs to it. Of particular note is the language that implies
Internet filtering will be mandatory and that while the stated target is
criminals, the legilsation enables censorship:

I don't think moving overseas to temporarily avoid the problem is an
option when the global community can eventually sanction any countries
not cooperating.
