[clug] yum error for nvidia.ko

Actually, after looking deeper, I now think that the problem is a conflict
between repositories. All are x86_64.

$ sudo yum list kmod-nvidia
Installed Packages
kmod-nvidia.x86_64                       100.14.11-1.2.6.22.4_6 installed
kmod-nvidia.x86_64                       100.14.11-1.2.6.22.5_7 installed
Available Packages
kmod-nvidia.x86_64                       100.14.19-1.2.6.22.5_7 livna
