[clug] In Kmail how can I turn .DOC to inline HTML?

That lets me type and format text in a WYSIWYG editor.
If I insert or paste HTML text, then there it is,
 literally there, in longhand.
As useful as a ream of postscript.

How do I tell it, "This html IS the message."  ?
