Just wondering if people "out there" can suggest something for
home/small office use.

In the past I have just used a bit of (commercial) OCR PDF creation
software that came with my HP 4215 All-in-one thing and then dumped
all the PDFs in a big folder that I then point Beagle/(pdftohtml |
grep) or the likes at.

Suggestions?
