I used to be a GNOME fanboy, and deride any flavour of KDE as "kiddie 
linux".  But GNOME eventually cheesed me off with it's deliberate 
limitations.  Nautilus does not allow me to work like I want to.  Konq 
is closer,  Not sure yet about Dolphin.

In any case, you're fully entitled to your wrongness :-)
