Well, I'm not sure about the DVD release, but on the 'alternate CD'
there's a script called cdromupgrade that's meant to do it for you. I
say 'meant' because I couldn't get it to work. I'm more than prepared
to accept that it may be my fault, but I've logged a bug anyway:
