Novel also offer support services. I think both RedHat and Novell are
aimed at the larger end of the SME spectrum though.
There are a number of companies already, and there's FOSSACT
(http://www.fossact.org.au). Currently very quiet, but if people on this
list are interested in a more commercially oriented user group that's the
place I'd recommend, but then I'm a sponsor of FOSSACT and I'd really like
to see it wake up again.

Perhaps we could try and move a little further away from the LinuxCare
name :-).
