Going with your formula I have generated the following list.
Interestingly, win32codecs, ipw3945 and others are not there, not sure
how definitive the list is, but it's a good start, thanks.

Interesting that beryl's emerald-themes is listed (I guess this makes
sense some artwork might not be distributable) so one can't include any
themes for beryl.

The only firmware mentioned is acx, dvb, prism and pvr.
