[clug] Apache2 blocking on user agent

I'm doing some admin on a Plesk system.  The apache2 server is blocking 
on user agents that Amazon uses to check for afilliates.  This breaks 
his site.

I have verified with wget --user-agent that it is the UA that's causing it.

It appears the conventional way of blocking is using SetEnvIf, but I 
can't find anything in the configs for that, or anything else that 
smells like it.

I grepped the package source code, and the modules source, but no 
avail.  I have another non-Pleask web server, running the same apache2 
from Ubuntu Dapper, and it has no problem with user agents.

Help!  Any suggestions?
