	Canberra Linux Users Group Meeting - 28th June 2007

Date:		28th June 2007 (Fourth Thursday of the month)

Time:		19:00 - 21:00 (or when it finishes)

Speaker:	Melissa Draper

Abstract:	
		Melissa will discuss equality within the Open Source
		community, which usually excels in this field. However
		there are still problems, and this talk; "From Equality
		to Diversity - A Road Less Taken", discusses the
		causes, what can be done, and why we should care.  
		
		Melissa is an active contributor in various groups
		advocating the participation of women in Open Source
		such as LinuxChix and Ubuntu-Women. 
		
		Linux Australia is paying for Melissa's transport from
		Albury.
