I would recommend getting a professional data recovery company to do it, as its not worth the risk of sticking them in the freezer.

There was also a mob in Sydney called PayamTech or similar, but try the
group Paul's suggested. I've had some luck with sticking drives in the
freezer for 48 hours or so (in an anti-static bag), and then firing them
up with a recover disk, but your mileage may vary.
