I notice that the page has the real reason why they are redeveloping  
etax - it has problems under vista.  It tries to install itself on  
the root directory of your C drive and it tries to store all it's  
data in the applications directory.  Bad security.  Perhaps they'll  
do better next time but I'm not holding my breath.
