	Canberra Linux Users Group Meeting - 25th January 2007

Date:		25th January 2007 (Fourth Thursday of the month)

Time:		19:00 - 21:00 (or when it finishes)

Speaker:	Bob Edwards

Abstract:	
		Bob is kicking start this January meeting with some
		colorful ideas and interesting magic about controlling
		mains-powered remote control devices, using ultra high
		frequency wireless devices built with some _home-brew_
		hardware. Assumed knowledge of quantum mechanics need
		not apply, shall Bob's talk start our seasons with a
		big bang. 

		If time permits,Bob is also planning to give us a little 
		presentation featuring some PIC assembly code and a Linux/Posix 
		daemon written in C.
