... you should probably start by using a Linux distribution.  You've
downloaded FreeBSD by mistake.

If you want to check out a live CD there are many Linux ones to choose
from. I've only ever played with Knoppix but it was pretty good.

Linux generally has that.  You'll probably need to read some Linux
