Create a dummy test box which as much cheap and effectively worthless hardware
as possible - check that this boots cleanly.

Test your cleaned and dried out hardware in this box and expect the box to stop
working sometimes.  For example, we killed a motherboard by testing a desktop
wireless card which had gotten wet while sitting on a desk during a storm.
Unfortunately we weren't wise enough to use a worthless motherboard, so this
really sucked.
