Hey Peter...

The link there just takes you to a page which says 'you don't have  
cookies enabled in your browser' even if you do - Presumably the web- 
app in question assumes you have come from a previous page and should  
have received a cookie.

This page (which lists all the ACCC positions in Canberra) seems to  
work.
