It seems that this is the right link - by stepping back two 'directories'
and clicking on the real link

I'm going to go right ahead and say something to do with the vrersion of the
mysql server though. I could add that table fine on my server in a junk
database.

Amongst others. Try googling an answer to get more of an idea. Cut down the
table a bit and 'debug' it that way. Where it breaks on when you add
something in.
Check the index? That's what i'm partially thinking...

Not Found
The requested URL /blog/2006/09/what-did-i-do-wrong-mysql.html was not
found on this server.
Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an
ErrorDocument to handle the request.
