They just want to make sure they can read it without stuffing around. Most
depts have a "Standard Operating Environment" that specifies a particular
level of WP.

I am looking at a current request for tender from a commonwealth govt
dept, that requires the tenders be submitted on Disk "readable by
MSOffice Suite 2003". I know might be done using for example,
openoffice.org.
But I have been wondering, is there any published govt policy on this
issue?
I could not find anything on the agimo site, maybe someone can point
me at something?
