We have some Shuttle XPC cubes we bought from Cougar before they
departed. The SATA drives in them seem to die every few months (maybe
something to do with the glowing Quadro FX video cards jammed into the
tiny boxes alongside them).

We have been able to swap drives under warranty via Tech Warehouse who
are also in Mitchell, though it is straining the relationship a
little.
