Brett,

I urge you to look into TIP-PCUG.  It is run mainly by people you know well.  
Bear in mind that there are no sales people there - they will tell you all 
that is wrong with it, but will fail to mention the generous allowance of 
downloads, speed and the unmatched reliability of service.

No, I am not one of the volunteers running it, alas - I am just an old foggie.
