Coincidentally Internode have just announced 2.5Mbps upstream rates
through ADSL2+ Annex M.
http://www.internode.on.net/adsl2/faq/annex-m.php
You need an Annex M capable modem (and an Internode ADSL2+ enabled
exchange) but there is no extra cost for the increased upload speed.
