[clug] MailMan - reject non-subscriber posts

Hi all,

Is there a setting anywhere in MailMan that will reject non-subscriber posts?
 I've looked all over the configuration and can't find anything like this.  Is
it a case of finding some secret option, or do I have to write the damn code
myself? :-)
