[clug] Follow up from clug meeting.

Just a follow up to the clug meeting. The presentation from the guy
from pcug (i forget his name) said that the linux learners list is
pretty quiet at least partly cause there isn't much experience on the
list. Maybe some cluggers should start lurking on the list to lend a
hand when it is needed. If it is a low volume list this shouldn't be
very much work if a few of us put in.
