I used the web interface to request a password reminder when the
one I know was rejected.

An hour later I still see nothing in my mail - I am used to a reasonably
short turnaround.

Is the web interface functioning properly? Are reminders delayed by
some manual authorization?

I will now probably receive three reminders the moment I hit "send" :-)
