The *conference* isn't free but the expo is.

And then just under that:

	There is no charge for Expo only attendance.

$500 for two days of the conference seems a little high.  Considering that 6
days of Linux Conf costs $300 for a hobbyist, 2 days of the SAGE-AU conference
costs about $330 (for members), 3 days of OSDC costs about $200.  I can only
guess they're looking for a less technical audience.
