- A M$ solution is
http://www.microsoft.com/windowsxp/using/digitalphotography/prophoto/synctoy
.mspx (Not an RSync client but does a similar job assuming you can SMB to
the linux box in question)
- If you Google you will find that people have packaged the CygWin.DLL and
RSync.EXE if you want to "just do" RSync
