Guys:

We're after a C programmer with great skills who would like to work from
home.

With a tiny amount of direction, minimal support, but all the
enthusiastic encouragement you could possibly cope with, you will be
required to translate the lunatic, and occasionally frantic, ravings of
the InterSect Alliance team into cleanly coded, tested and documented
additions to the InterSect Alliance 'Snare' series of open-source tools.
Working from home, and utilising your own preferred computing resources,
you will be required to:

      * Understand the requirements for new features as directed by
        Intersect Alliance
      * Independently design, code document, and fully test new features
on a wide variety of operating systems, and applications –
including Windows NT, 2000, XP, 2003, Solaris 9, Solaris 10,
Redhat Enterprise Linux, AIX, Irix, Tru64, ISA & IIS servers,
        squid, apache, plus others.
      * Respond to support requests from time to time
      * At your discretion, occasionally join the InterSect Alliance
team for corporate meetings (generally held just beyond the
surf-break at a south-coast beach – board will be provided).

If you have upwards of 3 years of serious development experience on
Windows and UNIX systems, you may be experienced enough to join us. This
is a contract position for an initial 3 months with possible extensions.
