[clug] transcoding MythTV files to divx or DVD size

I find that when mythtranscode SegFaults when trying to transcode with
compression and/or with cutlists that rerunning mythtranscode through a
lossless filter seems to fix it up (removing the cutlist is also
necessary)....

in fact.... I run everything with cutlists through a lossless
mythtranscode prior to transcoding with compression for longer term
storage because I have found that this practice appears to eliminate any
audio sync issues as well....

as always... YMMV;)
