[clug] Introducing FOSSACT

Hi all,

FOSSACT is a new forum for organisations/people wishing to collaborate in
promoting the use of Free and Open Source Software to business and
government in Canberra.  Some of you may have heard of it by its 'working
title' - BLUG (Business Linux User's Group).

It's formation meeting was held on August 4th and meetings are scheduled for
the first Friday of each month at the Kurrajong hotel (currently).  Next
meeting: September 1st, 1pm.
